DESIGN & CONSULTANCY

Sibel Senna founded her practice in Istanbul in 2003, adopting an interdisciplinary approach that brings together art, landscape architecture, design, and horticulture.

Blending traditional and ancient influences with contemporary perspectives, Senna tells her stories through textures, sounds, colors, and a sense of place. Her creative practice unfolds at the intersection of classical and modern approaches. She has developed and realized projects across diverse geographies, including Istanbul, Bodrum, Marmaris, Ayvalık, Ukraine, Libya, Azerbaijan, and Equatorial Guinea.

Guided by a collective and interdisciplinary mindset, she has chosen to cultivate a collaborative culture, working alongside artists, scientists, and designers.

She leads the conceptual development and narrative of spatial designs, directs implementation details, and coordinates the intersections between different disciplines.

Through her education and ongoing studies across different cultures and geographies, she has developed a deep awareness of the balance between relationships and coordination in design and project management. She continues to expand her knowledge and experience through interdisciplinary studies and journeys that consistently converge around nature, humanity, and aesthetics.

Her particular area of interest lies in exploring the diminishing relationship between humans and nature, conducting research and developing creative works that seek to reconnect the two.
